Schuyler Hall, M.P.S.
Outreach & Policy Specialist, Region IX
Schuyler Hall has nearly five years of experience in the public and nonprofit sectors bringing health policy to the local level. He currently serves as an Outreach and Policy Specialist in the Region IX Director’s Office at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Schuyler’s portfolio includes Nevada, Arizona, and tribal affairs across the region.
Prior to joining HHS, Schuyler worked as a data and training director and consultant in Phoenix, AZ. His final projects in Arizona used data and analytics to geotarget consumer engagement efforts for healthcare outreach, education and enrollment activities. Schuyler’s estimates were used in the Arizona State Legislature during discussions about unfreezing KidsCare, the state’s CHIP program.
Before his time in the health sector, Schuyler worked in higher education student affairs advising student groups and developing leadership programs. He still continues to enrich the lives of youth as a high school cross country and track and field coach, an extension of his own interest in ultrarunning and endurance sports.
Raised outside of San Francisco, Schuyler earned his Bachelors of Arts degrees in political economy and psychology from Williams College, and his Masters of Professional Studies in organization and professional communication from the University of Denver.
